Our Work Policy

  1. All the reporting managers may require their employees to be very responsive
    from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. All employees need to update their tasks every
    morning at 10:00 a.m and every evening at 6:00 pm to their respective reporting manager.
  2. Our Company uses a “Five Minutes Early” rule. Everyone that participates in
    online meetings must show up five minutes early to avoid disruptions. It also
    provides attendees a chance to correct any connectivity or other technical issues
    that may arise before the meeting starts.
  3. While employees may have a casual attire when they are connecting with internal
    staff members, you may not want such a casual image when connecting with
    customers or clients. One should have a professional code of conduct while
    addressing clients.
  4. There will be a Performance Evaluation meeting of every employee twice a month
    with their respective Reporting Manager. You will be evaluated on the basis of the task
    completion and targets achieved. If you show up as an underperformer
    consecutively in 3 Evaluation meetings, the company has the right to take any
    suitable action.
